Natan has served as CEO of the company since 2002.
Natan Shapira has considerable business experience, and has established, grown, sold and merged a number of companies.
During his period as manager of Oniya Shapira, Natan has successfully carried out merger processes and led Oniya Shapira to unprecedented business growth. Among the innovative business measures that he has led are entry into the world of digital printing, assimilation of advanced technologies, including data management and information security, leading customers and organizations to the cutting edge of global technology in marketing from databases, and so on.

In his position in the Oniya Shapira management, Moti manages long-term business processes with the organization’s core customers. In addition, he is responsible for the field of innovation in the company, and leads business contacts with suppliers, subsidiaries, and colleagues in Israel and around the world.
Tamar is a graduate of the finance divisions of huge global organizations, and joined the senior management team of Oniya Shapira in 2008.

Managing the quality assurance division of a manufacturing company involves responsibility for every stage of the production and transport stage. Nirit has led the company to compliance with the ISO 9001: 2008 standards.
Gal has filled production engineering and operations management roles since 2002, joining Oniya Shapira after a number of years in the food industry.
Gal is an industrial engineer.
